We are currently around 4-6 weeks out on large furniture orders. Meaning once you place your order it will take us about 3 weeks before we get to it in the que. Then, it typically takes us around 2 weeks to build a table from start to finish. However, completion time are not guarantees due to the nature of custom woodwork. We will do our best to have it done in that time frame, but will focus on quality of the piece over completion on time if necessary.

We have a range of options to choose from for your stain color. Please see our stain options page to browse. If you would like a custom color other than the options available please reach out to us via our contact us page. Completely custom colors are an additional fee.

Yes, we schedule pickups on Fridays. We will reach out around 1 week before we are trying to schedule pickup.

Yes we offer delivery. Typical delivery fee ranges from $50-$125 depending on your location. Let us know a zip code and we can get you a more accurate estimate. We will reach out around 1 week before we try to schedule delivery. Deliveries are on Fridays.

We try and work with our customers to get their items to them as soon as we can. However, due to the time consuming nature of hand crafted pieces we do not offer a rush fee.

We typically do not carry any items in stock, but occasionally will have some pieces ready. It couldn’t hurt to reach out and double check!

Soap and water is the best thing to clean your piece to avoid damaging the finish.

We require a 20% deposit for custom pieces upfront. The remainder of the balance is due upon completion. We will send an invoice to your email and you can pay using your choice of payment method.

The chart to the left is a recommendation but not end all be all for every home. This is using the average dining chair size of 16”-18” wide. When in doubt just measure your chairs and double check!
